The software publisher Oxalys has undertaken another external growth initiative to enhance its offerings and confirm its status as a key player in the procurement digitalization market for SMEs and mid-sized companies (ETIs). This latest acquisition follows the purchases of COBuy and IA BTP in 2022 and 2023.
Developed by procurement executives, Sacha is a performance and procurement strategy management software. Unique in the market, this next-generation solution enables the creation of strategies that feed into buyers’ roadmaps. By joining the Oxalys group, Sacha Strategy will be able to strengthen its structure, accelerate its growth—primarily among mid-sized companies—and expand its CSR management offerings. Proven and innovative, Sacha’s SaaS solution has been recognized with three awards from Republik HA.
On an organizational level, Oxalys will integrate Sacha Strategy’s employees and provide them with numerous resources to accelerate their development and innovation strategy. Hervé Caillard, founder of Sacha Strategy, will now serve as Business Unit Director within the Oxalys Group.
“I am particularly pleased to join the Oxalys group, whose industrial vision and human values I share. This partnership will allow us to complement Oxalys’s offering, which boasts one of the most extensive functional coverages in the market,” said Hervé Caillard, founder of Sacha Strategy.
“Sacha fits perfectly into Oxalys’s software portfolio. Together, we have all the assets needed to provide a complete, proven solution that supports the definition, deployment, and management of procurement departments’ CSR strategies,” stated Laurent Guillot, General Manager of Oxalys.
With this new acquisition, the Oxalys group demonstrates its ability to successfully integrate procurement solution providers and offers to its clients a fully integrated, user-friendly platform that drives productivity gains and enhances user comfort.
